Brendan Johnson is a financial advice specialist with 25 years of experience working in and consulting to SME financial advice businesses.

Throughout his career, Brendan has led some of Australia’s largest financial advice licensee groups and wealth product distribution teams, while also spearheading large-scale strategic reviews and business transformations.

As an experienced Director and Chair, he has also served on a range of for-profit and not-for-profit boards, as well as financial advice business advisory boards.

With a passion for helping business owners achieve their ambitions, Brendan focuses on creating client-centric business models designed to endure beyond their founders. His expertise includes the strategic design of innovative financial advice partnership models, the transformation of large wealth businesses, and the turnaround of underperforming organisations.

Outside of work, Brendan’s enthusiasm for sport and the outdoors shines through. Whether paddling along the stunning stretch from Freshwater Beach to Manly on his stand-up paddleboard or cheering on his favourite teams—the Canberra Raiders, GWS Giants, and ACT Brumbies—you’ll find him fully immersed in his passions. Brendan’s ability to balance his professional achievements with his personal interests reflects the energy and dedication he brings to every facet of his life.
